GRASS CUTTING AT 22 WING


To supply all necessary labour, materials, equipment, 
supervision and transportation  required to  carry out grass
cuttting  and grounds maintenance for the Department of National
Defence (DND) located at 
22 Wing Canadian Forces Base (CFB) North Bay, Hornell Heights,
Ontario.   The Work is to be completed in accordance with the 
Specification "GRASSCUTTING" and Drawing No. L-N96-9301/17-101
(which will be distributed at the mandatory site visit).  

The period of the contract will be from date of award to  to  31
October 2014, with an option to extend for one season, from  15
April 1, 2015 to 31 October 2015 inclusive. 

A mandatory site visit will be held on April 30, 2012 at 10:00
a.m.,  in the Construction Engineering Conference Room, Building
#4,  9 Manston Crescent, Hornell Heights, Ontario.  

Bidders who, for any reason, cannot attend at the specified date
and time will not be given an alternative appointment to view
the site and their bids, therefore, will be rejected as
non-compliant.  NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.   

The estimated  expenditure for the entire period including the
option is $270,000. (HST extra)

procurement.
