The Harrow Research and Development Centre, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC), Harrow, Ontario, requires a new Modular Automated Spectroradiometer System capable of performing a variety of highly accurate optical radiation measurement under computer control for source spectral analysis in the ultraviolet (UV), visible(Vis) and infrared (IR) light (280 nm (nanometer) to 2500 nm) range.  The instrument must be a fully computer-controlled through Windows-based (Window 7) software to detect set-up, collect data and control calibration routines.

All the deliverables, including the supply and delivery of one unit of the new Spectroradiometer with all required accessories must be received on or before February 28, 2017.
