Background 

Parks Canada, Point Pelee National Park, has a requirement for 
replacing the surveillance system to a High Def. I.P (Internet 
Protocol) video surveillance system.  The system must have the ability to adjust for direct sunlight and very low light and supply high quality, vandal proof, all weather cameras. Cameras must be able to take
 video footage that when required, can be reviewed and must be able to clearly identify facial features of individuals and license plates of vehicles and cyclists within the areas identified entering or exiting the Park.  The system must have the following features; the ability to review a minimum of 30 days of recordings and have the option to zoom in on vi
deos with high resolution and minimal pixilation.  The system must be a 
high quality video system and must include Wide Dynamic Range and I R(infrared) as this is a 24 hours a day, year round operation, with a variety of light conditions such as night, low light, and poor weather conditions being applicable.
