To supply and deliver dairy items, as specified in Annex ”B”, to the Department of National Defence (DND) at CFS Alert and Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Trenton in Trenton, Ontario on an “as and when requested” basis.

For items to be delivered to CFS Alert:  Delivery of these items is to be made to the CFB Trenton, Trenton, Ontario, for furtherance by DND to CFS Alert

The offeror can submit pricing on as many or as few line items as they wish. Offers will be evaluated on the highest amount of line items offered and then on a line item basis.

The Request for Standing Offer may result in the issuance of up to three (3) Standing Offers.

The period of the Standing Offer is from March 01, 2020 to May 31, 2020 with an option to extend for 3 additional one month periods.

The Standing Offer holders will be given the opportunity to rebid their pricing for option period 1, option period 2 and option period 3 as outlined in Annex B.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
