Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada requires a UV Light System for the Guelph Research and Development Centre, located 93 Stone Road West, Guelph ON N1G 5C9. The system must be delivered on or before March 31, 2016. There is an optional one year service agreement beginning at the expiration of the standard warranty.

The bidder must demonstrate that they meet every mandatory technical evaluation criteria in their bid by submitting supporting documentation.  Failure to provide supporting documentation bybid closing date will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.

All inquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than seven (7) calendar days before the bid closing date.  Inquires received after that time may notbe answered.
