Nature of Requirements: 

The Department of National Defence CFB Borden has a requirement for a one year standing offer for beverage dispensers and drink mixes. The standing offer will be from September 1st, 2016 to August 31st, 2017 with two (2) additional one (1) year option periods from September 1st, 2017 to August 31st, 2018 and September 1st, 2018 to August 31st, 2019. Delivery is required at two different buildings, they are Bldg. S-164, 118 Rafah Crescent, Borden and Bldg. T-169, 179 Ortona Road, Borden ON.

An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offer to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for the issuance of a standing offer. 

Some of the goods to be provided are:

• Six pop dispensers with Ice Makers (to be installed by the Offeror)
• Six Juice dispensers (to be installed by the Offeror)
• Soft Drinks, Post Mix Syrups “bag in Shell” in various flavours (Cola, Diet Cola, Ginger Ale, etc.)
• Juice Concentrate in various flavours (Pink Lemonade, Apple, Cranberry Orange, etc.)

All inquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than seven (7) calendar days before the bid closing date.  Inquires received after that time may not be answered.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
