This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 21C11-183550/A dated 2019-06-19 with a closing of 2019-07-10 at 02:00 PM. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

1. REQUIREMENT

Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) CORCAN requires the supply and delivery of various electrical components to manufacture their eSpace Furniture Line, at several locations across Canada, on an “as-and-when requested” basis. 

The period of the Standing Offer will be from the date of Standing Offer issuance for one (1) year, with the option to extend for two (2) additional extensions of one (1) year.

Up to one (1) Standing Offer may be issued for this requirement.

2. APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

3. IDENTIFIED USERS

The Identified User authorized to make call-ups against the Standing Offer is: Correctional Service of Canada

-CORCAN Dorchester Penitentiary in Dorchester, New Brunswick, 
-CORCAN Cowansville Institution in Cowansville, Quebec, 
-CORCAN Saskatchewan Institution in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, 
-CORCAN Joyceville Institution in Kingston, Ontario.
