    This amends the closing date of the NPP from 2017-11-10 to 2017-11-15 at 2:00PM.
    
    
    The Canadian Forces Conduct After Capture (CAC) Training Center Kingston has a requirement for switches, associated cabling and power supplies for a Pelco Camera system.
    
    The Canadian Forces Conduct After Capture (CAC) Training Center Kingston has a requirement for switches, associated cabling and power supplies for a Pelco Camera system. The Contractor must supply and deliver three (3) fully functional  48 Port PoE+ switches, one (1) 24 Port High Power PoE+ switch, eight (8) Power cable with Nema 5-15 (M) plug, five (5) Stacking cables, four (4) 19” mountable rack kit and four (4) dual redundant power supply with the additional requirement as described in Annex B. For the firm requirement, all deliverables must be received thirty (30) days from Contract award date. For the optional requirement, all deliverables must be received thirty (30) days from order date.
    
    A contract will be awarded to one Contractor.
    
    The period of the Contract is from date of Contract award ending five (5) years later. 
    
    This procurement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade agreement (CFTA).
    The bidder must demonstrate that they meet every mandatory evaluation criteria in their bid by submitting supporting documentation.  Failure to provide supporting documentation by bid closing date will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.  
    
    Some of the mandatory evaluation criteria are listed below.  Please refer to the RFP, attachment 4.1 - Bid Evaluation Criteria for the complete list of mandatory evaluation criteria.
    
    M1: The Bidder must demonstrate that their proposed 48 Port PoE+ switch meets the following specifications:
    • Able to support PoE Pelco Cameras;
    • 10/100/1000 PoE+ Ethernet Ports;
    • Each Port must have a minimum of 30W of power; 
    • Full duplex configuration;
    • Minimum of 160-Gbps of backbone throughput in the entire stacked architecture;
    • Must support layer-3 routing and multicast support;
    • Must provide time synchronization and modular quality service (QOS); and
    • Size of 1U.
    M2:  The Bidder must demonstrate that their proposed 24 Port High Power PoE+ meets the following specifications:
    • Able to support PoE Exterior Pelco Cameras with heaters;
    • 10/100/1000 POE+ Ethernet Ports;
    • Minimum 60W power per port;
    • Full duplex configuration;
    • Minimum of 160-Gbps of backbone throughput in the entire stacked architecture;
    • Must support layer-3 routing and multicast support;
    • Must provide time synchronization and modular quality service (QOS); and
    • Size of 1U.
    
    A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all the mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
    
    The Bidder must submit pricing in accordance with Annex B - Basis of Payment, in Canadian Funds.
