    The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement for the provision of security and related services.  The Contractor must provide Security Personnel, and services in accordance with the requirements detailed in Annex A, Statement of Work. The period of the Contract is from contract award to two (2) years later.
    
    The Contractors personnel must provide care and control of Immigration detainees, the safe and secure transport of detainees, the verification of departure of persons from Canada who are under a removal order pursuant to the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) or who are otherwise required to leave Canada and perform other duties as described within Annex A, Statement of Work.
    
    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

    It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit at the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at 6301 Silver Dart Drive, Mississauga, Ontario, ground level of Terminal 1 on 16 May 2019. The site visit will begin at 10:00 AM EDT, at Post R.
    
    Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders should confirm in their bid that they have attended the site visit. Bidders who do not attend the mandatory site visit or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bid will be declared non-responsive. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

    The two year period of the Contract will be determined at the Contract kick-off meeting.
    
    From Contract award to up to ten (10) weeks later the Contractor’s management resources will participate, if required, in an on-site contractual preparations and transition period for knowledge transfer.
    
    From In-service start date at 00:01 to two (2) years later at 00:00, the Contractor will provide the services.
