The instrument will be used to support activities associated with the chemistry of the Canadian watershed and will be used to monitor and provide surveillance programs. The delivery of the Microwave Digestion System is requested for 12 weeks after contract award, but must be delivered on or before March 29, 2013. Delivery Address The Microwave Digestion System is to be delivered at the following address: Science and Technology Branch Environment Canada 867 Lakeshore Road Burlington, ONT. L7R 4A6 A bid must comply wit the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet al mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. Please refer to the Request for Proposal document for complete details regarding this requirement, including the mandatory evaluation criteria, and basis of selection. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
