The National Radar Program (NRP) at Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) requires a Contractor to perform regularly scheduled inspection and maintenance of up to 27 radar towers at sites across Canada. These self-supported radar towers must be inspected by a professional engineer or qualified technician at intervals less than 6 years based on CSA S37-13 maintenance requirements at a number of sites across Canada annually to meet these requirements. Approximately up to eight (8) sites per year are to be serviced. NRP also requires the contractor to perform minor and major unscheduled repairs of these radar domes on an as and when requested basis

This Task Authorization Contract will be for a period of four (4) years from Date of Contract Award. There
will be an option to extend the contract for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.

It is intended to issue one contract as a result of this solicitation. 

The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

There are no security requirements associated with this requirement.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
