Delivery is required no later than twelve (12) weeks from date of contract award. EC also requires the option to purchase two Aerosol Spectrometers between 01 April 2014 to 31 March 2016. Twenty-four (24) months of maintenance and warranty services are required for each system delivered. The bidder must demonstrate that they meet every mandatory technical evaluation criteria in their bid by submitting supporting documentation. Failure to provide supporting documentation by bid closing date will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. All of the mandatory technical evaluation criteria are listed below. Refer to the RFP for further details. 1. Instrument must provide atmospheric particle size distributions from 0.015 to 32.0 micrometers (m) in diameter 2. Size resolution must be at least 38 channels or higher. 3. Date time resolution must be less than or equal to 1 minute. 4. Particle count resolution must be less than or equal to 1 particle per liter. 5. Instrument size must be less than Length(L) X Width(W) X Height(H): 45 cm X 60 cm X 20 cm. In other words, the instrument must be able to fit inside a box with dimensions (L) X (W) X (H): 45 cm X 60 cm X 20 cm. 6. Instrument weight must be less than or equal to 10.00 kg. A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. The Bidder must submit pricing in accordance with Annex B - Basis of Payment, in Canadian Funds. All inquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than ten (10) calendar days before the bid closing date. Inquires received after that time may not be answered. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
