This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders, Learning Services Supply Arrangement EN60ZH-1700LS/B, who qualified under Tier “1” (requirement valued above NAFTA), Toronto Region, Work Stream 1 Strategic Learning Advisory Services and Work Stream 2 Instructional Design and Development Services who qualified under the categories of:

Description of the requirement:
This requirement is for the provision of one (1) Learning Advisor (level 3), two (2) Learning Designer (level 2), two (2) Learning Designer (level 3), one (1) Content Subject Matter Expert (Level 2) and one (1) Content Subject Matter Expert (Level 3) who will provide learning services for training research, development, and evaluation on an as and when required basis.

One (1) contract may be awarded.
 
Proposed period of contract:
The period of the contract is from Contract award to March 31, 2020 plus 1 one-year irrevocable option allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.

All inquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than five (5) calendar days before the bid closing date.  Inquires received after that time may not be answered.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
