IMPORTANT: This tender is part of Public Works and Government Services Canada’s initiative to submit bid submission files electronically using epost Connect. 1. The Department of Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), are renovating floors 10, 11 and 12 of the Joseph Shepard Building located at 4900 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON. 

2. This requirement is for the supply, delivery and installation of accessible quiet pods. Due to very tight area constraints and operational restrictions, the footprint of the prefabricated quiet pods must not vary significantly as this would impact aisles and other required clearances.

3. A contract will be awarded to one Contractor.

4. The period of the Contract is from date of award to ending June 28, 2019. 

5. he requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

6. The bidder must demonstrate that they meet every mandatory evaluation criteria in their bid by submitting supporting documentation.  Failure to provide supporting documentation by bid closing date will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.  

7. Some of the mandatory evaluation criteria are listed below.  Please refer to the RFP, Part 4, Article 4.2 Technical Evaluation for the complete list of mandatory evaluation criteria.

M1:
The Bidder must submit product data sheets that include the standard construction details, material descriptions, dimensions of individual components and finishes. 
If the above sheets have not been provided at bid closing, Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) will notify the Bidder that they are required to provide them within two business days following notification by PWGSC. (Note: this time requirement reflects PWGSC’s expectation that these documents are readily available.)

8. A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive.  The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. 

9. The Bidder must submit pricing in accordance with Annex B - Basis of Payment, in Canadian Funds.
