The Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), has a requirement for the supply, delivery, assemble and installation of high density technical computer workbenches that make use of vertical space to store work related equipment for the fifth, ninth and tenth floor of the Arthur Meighen Building Rehabilitation located at 25-55 St. Clair Street, East Toronto, Ontario. The Contractor must supply, deliver, assemble and install fully functional high-density technical computer workbenches. These systems must be modular for future retrofits and have the ability to support various shelving or accessories above and below the work surface. There are seven (7) different types of workbenches. 2. It is intended to result in the award of a contract. 3. The period of the Contract is from date of Contract award to November 30, 2022 inclusive. 4. There are security requirements associated with this requirement. For additional information, consult Part 1 - General Information, and Part 6 - Resulting Contract Clauses. For more information on personnel and organizational security screening or security clauses, Bidders should refer to the Contract Security Program of Public Works and Government Services Canada (http://www.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/esc-src/introduction-eng.html) website. 5. The bidder must demonstrate that they meet every mandatory evaluation criteria in their bid by submitting supporting documentation. Failure to provide supporting documentation by bid closing date will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. 6. Please refer to the Part 4, Article 4.2 - Mandatory Technical Evaluation Criteria for the complete list of mandatory evaluation criteria. 7. A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. 8. The Bidder must submit pricing in accordance with Annex B - Basis of Payment, in Canadian Funds. 9. A previous Bidder has been invited directly. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
