BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post Corporation’s (CPC) Connect service for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level. Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation. ************************************************************************ 1. The Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) Base Trenton, has a requirement for the supply and delivery of A20 Bose Aviation Headsets. This model has been approved for use on the CC-177 in accordance with the RCAF Technical and Operational Airworthiness Authority directives. These RCAF Airworthiness Approvals are in addition to any pre-existing civil FAA (TSO), Transport Canada, or EASA common minimum Audio Systems and Equipment standards. 2. It is intended to issue one Contract. 3. There is no security requirement applicable to the Contract. 4. Bidders must provide products that are of the same description, brand name, model and/or part number as detailed in the item description of the bid solicitation. Bidders are advised that substitute products will not be considered. 5. A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. 6. The Bidder must submit pricing in accordance with Annex B - Basis of Payment, in Canadian Funds. Delivery Date: 26/10/2022 The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
