LIMOUSINE CHAUFFEUR SERVICES

The Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces
College in Toronto, ON requires a Regional Individual Standing
Offer (RISO) for the provision of Limousine Chauffeur Services. 
The requirement is to transport domestic and foreign military
and civilian guest lecturers, Very Important People (VIPs), the
Canadian Forces College Commandant and the Canadian Forces
College Chief of Staff within the Toronto, ON area. 

The services will be on an as and when requested basis for a one
(1) year period from 1 November 2012 to 31 October 2013 plus a
one (1) year extension period.

Please refer to the Request for Standing Offer for the detailed
technical requirements and the list of mandatory criteria.  

Offerors must have all valid permits, licenses and
authorizations, including the permit for the Toronto Lester B.
Pearson International Airport, as applicable, bearing the
company's name.  Pre-arranged services do not meet the Technical
Mandatory Requirements.    

The responsive offer meeting all mandatory requirements with the
lowest overall price will be recommended for Standing Offer
award.

This procurement is subject to the Agreement on International
Trade (AIT).

There are multiple Certifications required by bid solicitation
closing for this requirement.
