Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), Ontario
Region, requires the services of a contractor to provide Real
Property Tax Assessment Review & Consulting Services for the
review and appeal of the assessed value of a number of major
Crown-Leased properties in the Province of Ontario as described
in Annex A, Statement of Work. 

Services will be on an "as and when requested basis" for one (1)
year from the date of Contract Award, with the option to extend
the Contract by up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods. 

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
