Various Trees 

The Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces Base
(CFB) Borden requires trees of various types and sizes, as
detailed in Annex A, Requirement and Annex B, Basis of Payment
for delivery to Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Borden, Borden,
Ontario. 

Mandatory Tree Requirements 

All trees must be adequate for Plant Hardiness Zone 5A; 
All trees must be disease and insect free; 
All tress must be free of mechanical damages; 
Any trees not conforming to these specifications will be
returned at the Contractor's expense. 

Bidders must provide pricing for a minimum of 90 line items
listed in Annex B to be considered. 

All the deliverables must be received within three (3) weeks of
contract award.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
