Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Tax Assessment Review & Consulting Services Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), Ontario Region, requires the services of a contractor to provide Real Property Tax Assessment Review & Consulting Services for the review and appeal of the assessed value of a number of major Crown-Leased properties in the Province of Ontario as described in Annex A, Statement of Work. The contract will be for one (1) year from the date of Contract Award, with the option to extend the Contract by upto two (2) additional one (1) year periods. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
