Liquid Chromatography- Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS) system

Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC), Guelph Research and Development Centre (GRDC), Guelph, ON, requires the supply, delivery, installation, training and warranty of one (1) new Liquid Chromatography- Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS) system for metabolomics projects related to food bioactives and toxins.

The LC-MS system must be in current use in the market place for a minimum of two (2) years and not a prototype. 

Delivery Date - All the deliverables must be received on or before March 30, 2017.

Evaluation Procedures

Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation including the technical and financial evaluation criteria which are found at Part4 - Evaluation Procedures and Basis of Selection. 

Bid Preparation Instructions

Canada requests that Bidders provide their bid in separately bound sections as follows:

Section I: Technical Bid (2 hard copies) 
Section II: Financial Bid (1 hardcopies) 
Section III: Certifications (1 hard copies)

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
