All the deliverables must be received on or before March 28, 2013. The proposed bidders must meet all mandatory criteria detailed in the Request for Proposal document. Some of the mandatory criteria are provided below. Refer to the Request for Proposal for the complete list. M1. The bidder must provide documentation demonstrating that their proposed Proton-Transfer Time of Flight Mass Spectrometer meets all the technical specifications listed in Annex A, Requirement. Some of the minimum specifications are as follows: Maximum pulse frequency of 80 kHz for masses at least to 100 amu. Mass resolution greater than 5000 m/Dm with simultaneous high sensitivity. Examples of acceptable sensitivity are: >120 cps/ppbv for Benzene (at 60 kHz); >80 cps/ppbv for Benzene (at 40 kHz); >190 cps/ppbv for m/z181 (at 40 kHz) A wide range of linear response from 5 pptv to 1 ppmv or greater. Measurement response time of 100 ms or less Installed in a standard 19 inch width rack on wheels with an overall maximum height of 55 inches, width of 24 inches and depth of 32 inches (to fit in mobile lab or aircraft). Maximum weight of 500 lbs. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
