The Department of National Defence (DND), Base Transport, located at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Borden in Borden, Ontario requires the rental of six (6) 44 Passenger School Buses and one (1) Dispatcher Radio in support of operations at the Blackdown Summer Camp 2016.  Drivers for the school buses are not required.  

The rental period spans from June 22, 2016 toAugust 29, 2016 withdifferent rental periods per bus.  There is an optional requirement for Blackdown Summer Camp 2017 and 2018.

This procurement is limited to Canadian services

The proposed bidders must meet all mandatory criteria detailed in the Request for Proposal document.  

The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
