The standing offer is for the supply and delivery of temporary/disposable high pressure granular activated carbon filter vessels complete with potable water approved virgin granular activated carbon on an as and when requested basis.  Delivery is required within twenty one (21) calendar days from receipt of a call-up.

The requirement is for Transport Canada, with all delivery occurring in Sault Ste. Marie.

The period of the Standing Offer is from date of award to March 31, 2017 with an option to extend the standing offer by two (2) additional one (1) year periods.

It is anticipated that call-ups will be issued during the months of May to September, however call-ups could be issued in other months.
 
Only 1 Standing Offer will be issued as a result of this Request for Standing offer

The estimated volumes are specified at Annex B, under estimated usage.  This information is only an estimate which is made in good faith and does not represent an agreement by Canada to purchase these quantities.
