The Royal Canadian Mountain Police have a requirement for the supply and delivery of a small aluminum boat with outboard motor and trailer to 1000 Gardiner’s Road, Kingston ON  K7P 3C4 by January 6, 2017.

The bidder must demonstrate that they meet every mandatory technical evaluation criteria in their bid by submitting supporting documentation. Failure to provide supporting documentation by bid closing date will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.

Some of the criteria include:

1. Overall design must be of a recreational fishing boat with a walk thru windshield to access open bow deck witha motor well to house engine. 
2. Boat must be certified by NMMA and Transport Canada.
3. Aluminum framed trailer with bunks must safely support size and weight of vessel with a 20% reserve.  Trailer design must allow for the frequent loading and off loading on all different types of ramps.
