For the supply and delivery of six (6) wet-only precipitation collectors for Environment and Climate Change Canada, 4905 Dufferin Street, Downsview, ON.

Background
Environment and Climate Change Canada’s (ECCC) Canadian Air and Precipitation Monitoring Network (CAPMoN) has been collecting precipitation samples for analysis for over 30 years. CAPMoN is currently collecting precipitation samples at 34 sites across Canada and is seeking to replace its aging equipment and instrumentation. The required wet-only precipitation collectors will replacethe current ECCC model C300.

The collector must be supplied based on ECCC specifications and accommodate the current sample collection bucket aswell as utilize the same sensors for detecting precipitation events. The collection bucket and sensor specifications and additional requirements are described in further detail as APPENDIXES TO ANNEX A.
