Metal Materials

The Department of National Defence, requires the provision of a Regional individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply and delivery of a variety of metal materials that may be purchased under the Standing Offer to the Royal Canadian Electrical and Mechanical Engineering School (RCEME School) in Borden, Ontario, on an “as-and-when-requested” basis. 

The proposed period of the Standing Offer will be for two (2) firm years with one (1) option year.

"The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)”.

It is anticipated that an estimated $125,000.00 (HSTI) will be purchased per year of the Standing Offer. Canada reserves the right to deviate from this amount.

Up to (2) standing offer may be issued as a result of the RFSO.
