The Canadian Forces Health Services Training Center (CFHSTC), requires a qualified educator(s)to teach, the material necessaryto enable the PMed Tech students to successfully complete the Ontario Ministry of the Environment (OME) Pesticide Applicator's Core, OME Structural Licence, OME Fumigation General Licence, OME Biting Fly License, OME Industrial Vegetation License examinations and be able to use taxonomic keys to identify stored product pests and biting flies of medical importance, and conduct field exercises to consist of a complete fumigation process, collecting and identifying biting fly larvae and adult samples, choose control methods, vegetation control, that will be incorporated in the proposed schedule.

The Contract will be from date of contract award to June 6, 2017, instruction will be split into two periods for a total of 34 days; September 6, 2016 - October 14, 2016 and April 28, 2017 - May 5, 2017.  There will be an irrevocable option to extend the contract for 3 additional one-year periods.
