The Department of National Defence (DND) located at Canadian
Forces Base (CFB) Borden, Borden, Ontario has a requirement for
the establishment of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO)
to provide all labour, materials, tools, equipment and
transportation required for the inspection, maintenance, service
and repair of Industrial Kitchen Equipment and Appliances as
well as Washdown of Canopies, located in various buildings at
CFB Borden, in accordance with the Statement of Work detailed at
Annex A of the Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) document. The
services are to be provided on an "as and when requested" basis
during the period of the Standing Offer.

The period of the Standing Offer is from 1 December 2013 to 30
November 2014 with an option to extend the standing offer for an
additional 4 (1) year periods.

MANDATORY SITE VISIT:  It is mandatory that the Bidder or a
representative of the Bidder visit the work site.   Arrangements
have been made for the site visit to be held on 20 August 2013,
at 10:00 a.m., Contracts Conference Room, Room 234, 16 Ramillies
Road (P-154), CFB Borden, Borden, Ontario

Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority, Marian
Shaw, by telephone 905-615-2065 and/or by e-mail @
marian.shaw@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca,  no later than one (1) day before
the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the names
of the person(s) who will attend.  Bidders who do not attend or
send a representative will not be given an alternative
appointment and their bids will be rejected as non-compliant.

regarding  this requirement including the evaluation criteria
and basis of selection.
