Canoes W0113-16CS28/A Gao, Feng Telephone No. - (905) 615-2057 ( ) Fax No. - (905) 615-2060 ( ) The Royal Canadian Army Cadet Expedition Programme (RCACEP) conducts Adventure Training Activities and expeditions across Canada to develop leadership skills, while enhancing self-concepts, such as self-confidence, self-reliance, self-esteem and self-discipline. The current program incorporates activities related to canoeing on both flat and moving water at both single session and multi-day durations. To augment current quantities of moving-water canoes held to support the program, The Department of National Defence requires the supply and delivery of 12 canoes, with two irrevocable options for the supply and delivery of up to 30 canoes, tailored to moving-water canoe training. The supply and delivery of Canoes for the firm requirement must be delivered by March 27, 2017. The supply and delivery of Canoes for optional requirement 1 must be delivered by March 27, 2018. The supply and delivery of Canoes for optional requirement 2 must be delivered by March 27, 2019. A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest price will be recommended for award of a contract. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
