IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS RE. BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Ontario Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority.

Suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

To use epost Connect to submit your bid, or to get more information on its use, please send an email to the Ontario Region Bid Receiving Unit’s generic address at TPSGC.orreceptiondessoumissions-orbidreceiving.PWGSC@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca.

Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation.

TITLE: Segmented Dies and Punches for LVD Dyna-Press 40/15 Pro Tool

The Royal Canadian Air Force’s (RCAF) Metal Working Shop has a requirement to procure one (1), set of American Style Top Tools and one (1) each of New Standard Premium Bottom Tooling with the option to purchase one (1) additional set of American Style Top Tool and one (1) each of the New Standard Premium Bottom Tooling for their electric drive LVD Dyna-press 40/15 Pro with 5 axis back gauge & easy-form laser.

The Period of the Contract is from Date of Contract Award to December 30, 2024.

Delivery Dates: 

All the Firm Requirement deliverables must be completed on or before December 31, 2022.

This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.
