Health Canada, First Nations and Inuit Health Branch, Ontario Region, requires the supply, installation and delivery of 9 MAC2000 mobileelectrocardiogram units to Sioux Lookout, Ontario. Delivery of each unit must include completed quality assurance verifications, a compact mobile trolley system, complimentary MUSE upgrades, manual and a 2-year technical support and maintenance service.Training for a maximum of 4 users is also required. All deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2016. 

There is also a requirement for an additional 7 MAC2000 mobile electrocardiogram units to be delivered on or before March 31, 2017 and2-year technical support and maintenance service for these additional units to be delivered to Sioux Lookout, Ontario. 

Delivery Date: 31/03/2016

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
