    Mobile Power Distribution Unit
    
    The Disaster Assistance Recovery Team (DART) has a requirement for modular power distribution equipment to support training and international operations deployed. Equipment, such as MEPDIS (Mobile Electrical Power Distribution System) or equivalent to MEPDIS. 
    
    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

    Mandatory Technical Criteria
    The Bidder must provide Written Confirmation that they will provide Lex Products Corp. components in accordance with the requirements at Annex A. If any equivalent components are being offered, the Bidder must provide:
    (1)  A Certificate of Compliance that confirms the item being offered is equivalent or better in every way to the Lex Products Corporation.
    AND
    (2)  Results of tests or third party confirmation that confirms items offered are compliant with the standards specified.
    Basis of Selection
    A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
