This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

    SI4 COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement and Certification has been added:
    This requirement is subject to the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for Supplier Personnel. All offerors must provide with their offer, the COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement Certification attached to this RFSO (Appendix A), to be given further consideration in this procurement process. This Certification is incorporated into, and forms a binding part of any resulting Contract. Failure to complete and provide the COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement Certification as part of the offer will render the offer non-responsive
    
    Work Description: 
    
    The Standing Offer is for the provision of Geotechnical Engineering services for projects in British Columbia and Yukon on Federally controlled properties. The services may include but not be limited to analysis of project scope, investigation and report, schematic design, design development, construction documents, tender call, construction and contract administration, construction field review services, commissioning, post construction warranty review and technical review.
    The total dollar value of all Standing Offers is estimated to be $2,000,000.00 (Applicable Taxes included).  Individual call-ups will vary, up to a maximum of $800,000.00 (Applicable Taxes included). Proponents should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the Standing Offers will be called-up; PWGSC will issue call-ups only when the specific services to be provided under the Standing Offer are needed.  
    
    
    Delivery Date: 
    It is PWGSC's intention to authorize up to three (3) Standing Offers, each for a period of two (2) years from the date of issuing the Standing Offers with the irrevocable option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions.
    
    Security Requirement:
    Proponents are hereby informed that there is a strong possibility that some call-ups against the Standing Offers might require that the consultants and their personnel possesses a Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the SECRET level issued by the Contract Security Program of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). 
    
    Should the successful proponents not have the level of security indicated above, PWGSC shall sponsor the successful proponents so CISD can initiate procedures for security clearance.  CISD, by letter, shall forward documentation to the successful proponents for completion.
    
    Firms intending to submit offers on this project should obtain documents through Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. Addenda, when issued will be available from Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. Firms that elect to base their offers on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to bid.
