Requirement: To supply and deliver cotton/polyester fabric
(sheeting) to CORCAN, Correctional Service Canada in accordance
with the specifications below.
Fixed quantity of 28,000 metres
Product must meet the following specifications:
Bidders must demonstrate and provide sufficient information and
documentation to support compliance with each of the mandatory
requirements in accordance with the specifications below:
Fabric, 50% Cotton/50% Polyester, Percale, 200 thread count.
Colour: White: Pantone 11-0601 TC Bright white.
Weight:120 grams per square meter (+/- 3%)
Width: 109"-115".
Fabric to be rolled full width on tubes - NOT folded.
Plain edge (selvage)
Fabric rolls must have a minimum of 90 meters to a maximum of
110 meters.
Maximum 3 joins per roll.
Bidder must submit two samples in the size specified, with their
bid. Each samples must be a width of 109"-115" and 1 meter
long.
Bidders must submit technical specifications on fabric from
manufacturer with their bid. Manufacturer's technical
specifications must indicate compliance with the mandatory
technical criteria.
Price is FOB Destination including all delivery charges to
Correctional Services Canada
CORCAN Textiles.

Option to purchase an additional quantity:
An additional 30,000/m of fabric may be purchased within one
year of Contract award.
Delivery required: Must be within 60 calendar days of Contract

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
