Requirement: To supply and deliver Fire retardant drapery fabric
54" wide marble teal dimmer cloth to CORCAN, Correctional
Service Canada in accordance with the specifications below.

Fixed quantity of 2500 metres.

Product must meet the following specifications:

Fabric, 78% fire retardant polyester /22% Polyester. 
Must pass NFPA 701-Test 2: Standards for flame test for flame
propagation of Dimmer Base Cloth.
Colour: Marble teal: Pantone 18- 4818 TPX (Darkest).  
                                Pantone 16-5515 TPX (Lightest)
   
 Weight: 5.1 ozs./Linear yard  (+/- 5%)

Width: 54".
Fabric to be rolled full width on tubes - NOT folded.
Plain edge (selvage)
 
Fabric rolls must have a minimum of 90 Yards to a maximum of 100
yards.

Maximum 2 joins per roll.

Bidders must submit with their bid, technical specifications on
fabric from manufacturer.
Bidders must also provide with their bid, tests results as per
NFPA 701 Test 2 Standards for Flame Tests for flame propagation
of Dimmer Base Cloth. 

Phased Delivery - The first delivery must be made within 45
calendar days from the effective date of the Contract.   The
quantity delivered must be at least 1,250 linear metres. The
balance must be delivered within 60 calendar days from the
effective date of the Contract.
