Provide construction site escort services on an "as and when requested" basis at Federal Correctional Institutions in the Pacific Region including the following:

The purpose of construction escorts is to escort contractors to and from the work site; monitor construction by the contractor for any outside interference that may affect the contractor in the performance of the work (for example, inmates, operational requirements); and liaising with CSC staff as required.  Observing actions and activities of construction site personnel and inmates and reporting any suspicious or unusual behaviour to the CSC Corrections Operations and to the PWGSC Site Officer.

The correctional institutions and their locations are indicated below:

• Mountain and Kent Institutions - collocated at Agassiz;
• Mission Medium Institution - Mission; and
•  Fraser Valley, Matsqui and Pacific Institutions - collocated at Abbotsford.

One senior escort will be located at each of the three sites.  The minimum required number of junior escorts is allocated as follows:

• Mountain and Kent Institutions - 6; 
• Mission Medium Institution - 3; and
• Matsqui, Fraser Valley and Pacific Institutions - 6

The period of the contract will be three years.
