    Requirement:
    The PWGSC Vancouver office provides procurement services to the
    public in English.
    
    Requirement:
    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf
    of its client, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA),
    regional offices and legal ports of entry located at Stewart and
    Prince Rupert, BC areas require a fully comprehensive
    maintenance program for their Electronic Access Control (EAC)
    and/or Closed Circuit T.V (CCTV) systems equipment.
    
    The Contractor must maintain, inspect, test, and provide
    software updates and/or upgrades for the CCTV and EAC systems. 
    Provide semi-annual Preventative Maintenance Program for all the
    equipment and locations listed in Annex D and any new additions
    to the list by contract award.
    
    Security Requirement:
    All project personnel must possess a valid Facility Access
    Security Clearance.  All contractors' personnel working under
    the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) contract are required
    to obtain other access and ID cards as required by the building
    and port authorities or management of that site
    
    This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. Failure to
    comply will result in rejection of your tender.
    
    
    This requirement falls under FSC58 to which the World Trade
    Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP)
    (Appendix I - General Notes 1c))  and the North American Free
    Trade Agreement (NAFTA) - (Chapter 10, Annex 1001.2b General
    Notes 1c)) do not apply.
    
    
    Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain
    tender (solicitation) documents through the MERX service
    provider.  Addenda, when issued will be available from the MERX
    service provider.  Firms that elect to base their bids on tender
    (solicitation) documents obtained from other sources do so at
    their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the
    tender calling authority of their intention to bid.  In all
    cases, bidders must indicate (when requested) in the space
    provided on the tender form the identification number(s) of the
    addenda, if any, that they have taken into consideration for
    their bid.
