    Requirement:
    Public Works and Government Services Canada, on behalf of its client, Department of National Defence, has a requirement for ground transportation and chauffeur services to travel from Vancouver International Airport to downtown Vancouver area from November 13, 2017 to November 16, 2017. 
    
    The contractor(s) must maintain required licences, issued by the Registrar of Passenger Transportation, for the services mentioned above; and will be responsible for providing quality service including vehicle safety and cleanliness, and must meet Provincial Safety Standards (a Vehicle Safety Certificate must be available at all times). Drivers must meet the standards of the profession, and display professionalism at all times.   
    
    
    Scope of Services:
    The initial pick up point for passengers will be at the Vancouver International Airport (YVR).  The passengers may then be driven to the downtown Vancouver area or to alternative locations.  The services required could range from a 30 minute trip to a full day and possibly late night/early morning arrivals.
    
    The breakdown of base usage is as follows:
    a. Up to twenty (20) vehicles in transit to/from hotels plus usage of vans/mini buses for support staff at any given time. 
    b. Up to ten (10) vehicles at the ready in location for the next group of arrivals.
    
    A variety of vehicles (with drivers) is required, but must include:
    a. Full-size luxury sedan limos/SUVs/Town cars/Four-door sedans
    Vehicle Colour: dark blue, dark grey or black
    Quantity up to thirty (30) vehicles
    
    b. Seven passenger Minivan
    Vehicle Colour: dark colour or white 
    Quantity up to six (6) vehicles
    
    c. Twenty-one passenger Minibus with space to carry passenger luggage; Spec M50 of the Government Motor Vehicle ordering guide 
    Vehicle Colour: dark colour or white 
    Quantity up to four (4) vehicles
    
    d. Two (2) 48+ passenger coach buses may also be needed.
    
    
    Multiple contracts may be awarded to satisfy the requirement.
    
    Trade Agreement:
    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canada Free Trade Agreement.
