IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS RE. BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Pacific Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. 

Suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

Requirement:
Public Services and Procurement Canada - Alaska Highway Project has a requirement to establish a standing offer for supply and delivery permanent pothole repair products to fill potholes on the Alaska Highway to prevent hazardous situations on an “as and when requested” basis.  

Resulting RISO will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance with the irrevocable option to extend the term of the standing offer for an additional two-1 year period under the same conditions.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian services.

This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements.  Failure to comply will result in rejection of your bid.

The Crown retains the rights to negations with suppliers on procurement.
