The PWGSC Vancouver office provides procurement services to the
public in English.

Requirements:
The Contractor must supply and deliver One(1)  Analyzer that
will simultaneously measure CO, CO2 and H2O with low detection
limits, high precision and time resolution.  

Background:
Environment Canada requires a fast response instrument for use
in process studies related to Air Quality.  These studies may
include near roadside measurements or aircraft measurements of
CO and CO2 where measurement times of 1 second or faster are
required.  The instrument may be used in remote locations and
therefore should be able to operate without maintenance for
periods of  > or = to 1 month.  In addition the instrument may
be housed in stations which experience temperature changes of up
to 10°C and must not have large drifts.  The measurement of H2O
in most cases will be utilized in order to correct to dry air
from ambient air containing water.
