Requirement:
National Research Council (NRC) Vancouver, BC require the supply, installation and commissioning of one(1) integrated robotic weld cladding system consisting of a sophisticated robot enabling precise manoeuvre of the welding torches and other accessorie:

a)  a positioning subsystem for manipulating and positioning the work-piece; 
b)  a welding subsystem enabling advanced twin-wire gas metal arc welding operation; 
c)  integrated control systems and software enabling full automation of cladding
 processes; and 
d)  Integrated accessories ensuring operational safety and safeguarding 
heath of operators and other lab attendants.
