Requirement
The RCMP “E” Division has a requirement for the supply and delivery of the following USB
encrypted storage devices:
a. 32GB memory stick, USB 3.0;
b. 320GB (minimum) external, portable hard drive, USB 3.0 is preferred / USB 2.0 acceptable and
c. 1.0TB (minimum) external, portable hard drive, USB 3.0 is preferred / USB 2.0 acceptable

All the devices must be FIPS 140-2 level 3 certified using AES 256 bit hardware encryption from
an accredited laboratory

Quantity (Initial Order)
a. 32GB memory stick, USB 3.0; (800 units)
b. 320GB (minimum) external, portable hard drive (400 units)
c. 1.0TB (minimum) external, portable hard drive, (200 units)

Delivery Date - Initial Order
All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2016.

Period of the Contract
The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 31, 2017 inclusive; plus up to two additional 1 year period

Submission of test products:
On request, at no cost to Canada, bidders must be prepared to provide one test unit for each
proposed device within 1 week. The Bidder will be responsible for all shipping to and from the
delivery destination, customs and duty costs.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
