    Requirement:
    Correctional Service Canada (CSC) requires the supply and delivery of an initial order of seventy four (74) Tactical Soft Body Armour (TSBA) with the option to purchase various quantities over the next 3 years.
    
    The TSBA will be an external garment, worn visibly over a standard CSC correctional officer uniform or the Emergency Response Team’s (ERT) issued battle dress uniform (BDU). The TSBA must consist of two primary components, the first component (1) ballistic and spike protection (BSP) panels for the tactical carriers (TC) and accessory carriers. The second component (2) is the TC and accessory carriers that the BPS panels fit into.
    
    Point of Delivery:
    Various CSC locations in BC; Mission, Abbotsford and Agassiz.
    
    Desirable Delivery Date: on or before January 31, 2018.
    Mandatory Delivery Date: on or before March 29, 2018
    
    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
