The Printing and Graphics Services (PGS) section of  Privy
Council Office (PCO) located in Ottawa, ON, has a requirement
for the 60 month lease of four (4) production printers: two (2)
new monochrome production printers, and two (2) new colour
production printers, including all related accessories for both
devices, in accordance with Annex A. This Contract is for the
supply, delivery, and installation of the equipment as well as
any training that would be necessary to allow users to access
all of the required features of the equipment.

Lease term will include the provision of all preventive and
remedial service and the provision of all imaging consumables,
as well as the removal of the equipment at the end of the lease
period. The hard disk drive must be removed at the end of the
lease, and will remain with PCO.

The winning bidder must supply, deliver and install both
monochrome and colour printers.

There is an OPTIONAL SITE VISIT on Friday March 22, 2013 at
10:30am Eastern Time at Room 101A, Langevin Block, 80 Wellington
Street, Ottawa, Ontario. Bidders MUST contact the project
manager specified in the "Optional Site Visit" clause of the
solicitation at least 2 business day before the scheduled visit
to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s)
who will attend.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
