Only the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders under EZ107-120004 are being invited to bid on this requirement. Proposals received from any other supplier will not be considered. Interested suppliers may apply to solicitation EZ107-120004 in order to qualify for a Supply Arrangement and potentially become eligible to bid on this and other similar requirements. Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC), Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC), and Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) have a requirement for a Managed Print Services (MPS) consultation and implementation in over four hundred locations across Canada. The objective of the MPS is to standardize the print environment, determine an accurate Total Cost of Ownership of our print environment, improve fleet management by migrating from a departmentally managed and supported printing environment to one that is managed and supported by the private sector, introduce new technology for productivity improvements, improve customer satisfaction, increase end user productivity, contribute to departmental targets on sustainability of the environment through reductions in consumable usage and achieve operational cost savings. There is a security requirement associated with this requirement. For additional information, consult Part 6 - Security, Financial and Other Requirements, and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses. Bidders should consult the "Security Requirements for PWGSC Bid Solicitations - Instructions for Bidders" (http://www.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/app-acq/lc-pl/lc-pl-eng.html#a31) document on the Departmental Standard Procurement Documents Web site. Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2003 and 2004, Bidders must submit a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. Furthermore, as determined by the Special Investigations Directorate, Departmental Oversight Branch, each individual named on the list may be requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form and related documentation. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
