The Library and Archives Canada (LAC) Digitization Services
Division is in the process of replacing antiquated digitization
equipment. All equipment purchased is used to digitize fragile
one of a kind archival material. The device may be subject to
on-site testing for physical interference (specifically
vibration). Any device found to be affected may be deemed
non-compliant.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).


Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
