Requirement
The RCMP has a requirement forfreshly-cooked meals in British Columbia 
for individuals who are deployed for the 2017 Interface Fires. 

Locations
The meals may be required at up to three (3) locations:

Location 1: Williams Lake Airport at 3000 Airport Road, Williams Lake, British Columbia, V2G 5M1.

Location 2: As of yet undetermined location located in the RCMP British 

Columbia detachment’s North District.

Location 3: As of yet undetermined location located in the RCMP British 

Columbia detachment’s Southeast District.

Bidders may offer to provide meal services at any of the individual locations, or up to all three locations.

Scope of Services
Bidders must provide the following for each location:

• Kitchen and equipment (including 5000 Gallon Water Tank, refrigerator 

trailer, propane supply, tables and chairs, cutlery and plates);
• Supply, prepare, and serve 3 meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) per 
da
y for an estimated 150 to 350 individuals.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canada Free Trade Agreement.
