    This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in English.
    
    Requirement:
    
    Title:  EnvironmentalTemporary Help Services in British Columbia
    
    This requirement is for the provision of Environmental Temporary Help Services (ETHS) to various Federal Government Departments, on an as and when requested basis within the British Columbia Region. 
    
    There are three Regions within British Columbia. Offerors are to provide separate offers for each of the Regions where they wish to provide services.  
    
    Region 1 Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley
    Region 2 Vancouver Island
    Region 3 Central and Northern B.C.
    
    There are six classification categories: 
    
    1. Biologist 
    2. Ecosystem Technicians
    3. Ecosystem Analyst 
    4. GIS Technicians
    5. GIS Analyst
    6. Science Program Support Assistant
    
    The period for makingcall-ups against the Standing Offer is from March 1, 2017 to March 31, 2019.
    
    There is a security requirement associated with this requirement.  For additional information, consult Part 6 - Security, Financial and Insurance Requirements, and Part 7A- Standing Offer.     The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
    
    The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.
    
    This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for set-asides for small and minority businesses.
    
    Separate and complete offers must be provided per Region for which Offerors are wishing to provide services.
    
    Only one offer per Region, per Offeror will be accepted and evaluated. If more than one offer is received per Region, Canada will choose which offer to evaluate.
