Requirement:

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) Corporate Services at 800 Burrard Street, Vancouver B.C. have a requirement for a Contract with task authorization for the maintenance, monitoring and response services on a 24/7 basis for the existing Kantech Entrapass Corporate Edition access control system.  This systems is owned and operated by Public Works and Government Services Canada.  

The contract will be for a period of three years (August 1, 2018 to July 31, 2021) with the irrevocable right to exercise an option to extend the contract for an additional one year period. 
 
There are security requirements associated with this requirement.  

There is a mandatory site visit associated with this requirement:
To be held at Public Works and Government Services Canada, 800 Burrard Street, Vancouver, BC on April 18, 2018.  The site visit will begin at: 10 AM PDT, 2nd floor Reception area.  

Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than April 13th - 2 PM PDT to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend.
